Name romanisation. Chinese passports use pinyin romanisation. Enter your name exactly as it appears on the passport. The form may have limited space, which can be an issue for longer romanised names.

Mother's name. Enter your mother's full name in pinyin as it would appear on her Chinese passport. Include her maiden name (her original family name).
